'Me Time: Self-Care 2.0' is a 3-month, 26-part channelled MasterCourse for those who want to truly understand what ‘me time’ is so they can up their game in quality self-care.

What do you need most?

I hear it all the time. Whether I ask someone or not, what I hear most from people is, “I need ‘me time’”. 

‘Me time’ has become so popular a catch phrase of the last few years it was actually added to the Oxford Dictionary.

The 1970s may have given rise to the ‘me generation’, but the ‘me generation’ now needs more ‘me time’. 

For the last few months, Sage has been whispering in my ear that those I’m connected to (that means ‘you’) want more ‘me time’. They tell me that you need a deeper understanding of ‘me time’  so you can better satisfy your needs. That if you truly understood your emotional, mental, and physical impulse need for ‘me time’, you could address your needs from an expanded perspective and change the cycle you are likely experiencing. 

Which brings us to the summer. 

Summer gives you longer days, shorter nights, and more, more, more WITHOUT giving you support for that more. Know what I mean?

Ignoring or neglecting yourself pays a toll over time. You might not realize it at first, but there’s a clear path that leads from “I feel great” to “I’ve got so much on my plate right now” to “What am I suppose to do? I can’t stop.”

In my line of work I hear the excuses, the justifications, the reasons why someone doesn’t make time for themselves AND I hear the very real repercussions from chronic lack of integrated ‘me time’. Why?

Because ‘me time’ is a spiral that can decrease or increase and only you know where that balance position is. 

There’s so much confusion about ‘me time’, about being selfish, about being a martyr, about the roles you play, about the expectations from others, about overdoing and over giving.

That’s why I wanted to share with you the top 10 signs I see in others which indicates they need to understand what ‘me time’ really is so they can make the commitment to increase their self-care.

The course is comprised of 26 modules, released twice weekly directly into your inbox every Monday & Wednesday for 13 weeks. 

  • Each module contains a 14-16 minute mp3 of a channelled message enveloped in ALL-NEW meditation music. You can take in the mp3 as a meditation or listen to it as a channelled message.

  • Each module also contains a full transcript of the sacred message for clarity and illumination.

  • Each module is downloadable by you so you can go over it again and again in your own time. All 26 modules are yours to keep forever.

Summer is Calling

Who is Jonni+Sage?

I'm Jonni Gray and I'm passionate about leading the change we are being called to make by the planet and the universe.

My background as a transpersonal psychologist provides the psychological foundation, and my years as a channel of Sage's sacred guidance gives me the ability to share my gifts of clarity & perspective, and hold my clients accountable to their highest soul version of self.

Sage (Sacred Ascended Guides of Enlightenment) came to me at a time when I was going through intense challenges. They gifted me with spiritual guidance for myself and others.

Having personally experienced many life changes including the loss of loved family members and my only son, I was, and am, extremely humbled and grateful, and continue to see the connections between life's disruptions and the potential gifts.

My life challenges cracked me wide open, allowing me to be of the highest service to guide others. Integrating my work with sacred guidance allows me to live and serve with soul.

1. What if I don’t have the time to do the course in the 3 months?

Sage keeps telling us that time is shrinking. It's condensing. Even spending some time doing this MasterCourse is valuable. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. It's about focused intention on participating with the energetics and source wisdom of Sage.

Having said that, this course is 13 weeks x 2 modules a week. If you spend less than 20 minutes a module, that’s very doable.
